General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all members using the 1win pro platform ("Platform"). "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has opened or attempted to open an account on 1win pro.

1win pro is licensed by an international gaming authority. These Terms & Conditions are governed by international law and define the legal relationship between the platform and each user. By accessing or continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is the governing document. In the event of any conflict between a translation or interpretation in another language and the Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail. 1win pro reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with notice provided to registered members via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on 1win pro, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in the country from which you are registering.
• Registration must be completed with accurate and complete information — providing false details is strictly prohibited.
• No more than one account may be opened per person.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

1win pro reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to support immediately. 1win pro is not liable for any losses resulting from login credentials being shared with or obtained by a third party.

Betting Terms & Conditions

3.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

All bets on 1win pro are accepted in accordance with the platform's odds and conditions. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is available and enabled.

3.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match is cancelled entirely, all bets on that match will be void and the full stake will be refunded. If a match is abandoned after a specified number of overs or a set period of time, the result will be determined in accordance with international rules. In an express bet, if one match is cancelled, the remaining selections will stand.

3.3 Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent change in odds will have no effect on your bet. However, if incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error and 1win pro is able to demonstrate this, the bet will be voided and a full refund will be issued.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The payment method used to deposit at 1win pro must be registered in the user's own name. Use of third-party payment methods is not permitted. For any suspicious transactions, 1win pro may place a hold on the payment pending verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Once KYC verification is complete, payments are typically processed within 5 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if money laundering or any illegal activity is suspected.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer on 1win pro comes with its own terms. Receiving a bonus does not mean it can be withdrawn immediately — most bonuses require a specific wagering amount to be completed first.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse and bonus hunting — including the use of multiple accounts or any systematic exploitation of bonus offers — are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account may be suspended.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Use of funds from money laundering or illegal sources.

Responsible Betting

1win pro believes betting should always be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. That's why the platform offers several protective features:

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at your convenience.
• Option to voluntarily suspend your account for a set period (self-exclusion).
• Option to view a detailed history of all account activity.

9.2 Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time. 1win pro also reserves the right to close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• If there is suspicion of illegal activity.
• In cases of prolonged inactivity (over 2 years).
